Here we are, again on Friday. Giving away some of the best Kombucha cocktail recipes from Austin-Kombucha. There's no better way to kombuchar than invite a couple of friends over and play bartender! Our Mixologist took two of our classic staple flavors and surprised us with these easy-to-follow, yet incredibly delicious, original Austin Kombucha cocktail recipes.
Grab your fancy glassware, find a cocktail shaker, and get ready to have some fun!


2 ounces of Scotch whiskey
.5 ounces of agave
1 oz Austin-Kombucha Bee's Knees
FROSTY (Don't skip the frosting, this is an absolute MUST!)
1 teaspoon of sugar
.5 teaspoons 5-spice seasoning (chile piquín)

First, frost your favorite glass with the mixture of sugar and chillito piquín. Then fill with ice. Then combine the Scotch whiskey and agave in a separate mixing glass with ice.
And the final touch!
Stir for 20-30 seconds, pour your delicious drink into a rocks glass and top with Bee's Knees Kombucha. Decorate with lemon peel if you like.




Flamingo cake

2 ounces of vodka
3-4 cubes of ripe pineapple
.5 oz pineapple juice
2 oz Austin-Kombucha Groovy Flush
5 oz of agave syrup
FROSTED (For an adventurous and original touch)
Rim the martini glass with crushed Maria cookies.

Crush the pineapples in a can. Then add the vodka, pineapple juice, and ice. Shake and double strain into a martini glass. Pour the agave syrup down the side of the glass and add the Austin-Kombucha Groovy Flus
Don't forget to add a couple of cherries.




1 oz of any liquor. Yes, ANY ALCOHOL (vodka, gin, tequila, Whiskey, Mezcal, Rum, etc..)
1 ounce of elderflower liqueur (Optional, recommended)
5 ounces of lemon juice
.5 oz agave syrup
A shot of grapefruit juice
An Austin-Kombucha Fire Deck - Jamaica

Combine all ingredients in a shaker or closed tin, then shake and strain over fresh ice. Add the Austin-Kombucha Fire Deck and garnish with candied orange, edible flowers, or hibiscus.







1 ounce of rested tequila
5 oz mango juice
One Austin-Kombucha Passion Fruit - Passion Fruit
1 tablespoon of tagine
.5 tablespoons of sugar
.5 tablespoons kosher salt

First of all, frost your glass with Tajin, sugar and salt (You'll thank me for reminding you of this). Now yes, add the tequila, mango juice and ice to a shaker or a closed can. Then add the Austin-Kombucha Passion Fruit - Maracuyá. Shake and serve.
